Can I order any Infomaniak service for free?
The student offer entitles you to 1 Web Hosting and 1 Mail Service free of charge for 1 year and subsequent years, provided you apply and are still a student. Please note that to function, these services require a domain name, which is not included in the student offer.Why doesn't the free order code work?
Be sure to order from the user account for which the code was generated. Therefore, please check the e-mail address you use to connect to the Shop or to the Infomaniak Manager.Why is an invoice sent after the first year of free service?
Infomaniak services offered will be subject to a fee after the first year of use, unless you are still a student. In this case, it is necessary to contact Infomaniak with the documents attesting to the continuation of studies in order to renew the services free of charge.Can I get free services that I already had before my studies?
No, the offer is only valid when you order a new hosting and Mail Service.Why doesn't the code make my order completely free?
Only one Web Hosting and Mail Service order will be offered at a reduced rate of zero. The other products ordered, such as the domain name, will be subject to a fee.Can I use a domain name I already own to run my free products?
Yes, of course. All you have to do is order the Mail Service and/or Web Hosting in the name of the domain you already own, if possible via the same organisation.Are the free services secure?
Yes, a Let's Encrypt SSL Certificate is available with each of your hosting sites, and the Mail Service is SPF, DKIM and DMARC compatible.Are the services offered to students limited compared to those available for a fee?
No, the products are exactly the same, it's only the billing that's offered for 1 year and the following years, provided you submit an application and are still a student.Can I order several Web Hostings or Mail Services?
Yes, but only one Web Hosting and Mail Service product per student and per organisation will be offered.
