This guide explains how to put your events on the Infomaniak portal. The Infomaniak portal Infomaniak.events brings together events and activities both locally and internationally recognized headliners.
Requirements
In order for events to be displayed on the portal, you will need to create the events ensuring that the private event option is disabled.
Validation of your events
As soon as your ticketing is online and your events are visible and for sale, they will be reviewed by our teams for validation.
Some types of events may be rejected during this stage. For more information, please contact our support
Management of event visibility on the portal
Once your ticketing is validated, you can manage the visibility of your events from the Infomaniak Events menu.
Each event will appear in the list at the bottom of the page, and you can manage their visibility on the ticketing individually or in groups from this menu.

Adding Items to the Cart
From the Event, Pass, or Gift Vouchers tabs, you can select items to add to the cart. Depending on the item, the procedure may vary slightly.
Event Ticket Sales
- Select the event, date, or performance desired from the left column
- Choose the number of tickets to add to the cart using the + and - icons of the desired rates
- Click on Add to Cart to proceed
Pass Sales
The pass page is divided into 2 parts. The left column is for generating new passes. The right column is for managing existing passes
- Choose the pass to generate on the left column
- Enter the subscriber's information
- Once the pass is in the cart, it is possible, for passes with selectable events, to add tickets for the associated events

Gift Voucher Sales
As for gift vouchers, they are displayed in a list. Simply choose the vouchers to add to the cart.

Manage and modify cart content
The cart content is located on the left side of the Cart tab screen, and you can modify its content at any time by performing the following actions:
- Add additional items: You can add tickets, subscriptions, or gift certificates at any time by selecting the desired tab
- Modify item quantities: For tickets and gift certificates, you can change the quantity in the cart using the quantity indicators
- Modify the content of a pass with selectable tickets: If the pass content requires ticket selection, you can view the tickets already present on the pass and add tickets by clicking on the relevant menus
- Delete cart items: By clicking on the icon next to cart items, you can delete these items. Attention: If you have taken an existing reservation from orders, this operation modifies the order.
- Empty the cart: You can also empty the cart by clicking on the blue trash can at the bottom of the page
For reservations: If you wish to delete an item from a reservation, please use the small black trash can. If you wish to remove items while keeping the original order, prefer the reservation splitting method
Use a promotional code
If the customer has a promotional code, or if you want to apply a promotional code to them, you can click on the % icon on the right side of your screen
Validate the cart
Once the cart content is filled with all desired items, you can choose the payment method the visitor wishes to use to validate the cart and place the order.
To do this, on the right side of the screen are the payment methods available at the counter. To modify the available payment methods, please refer to the guide on this subject
If cash payment is chosen, it is possible to enter the amount given by the customer, and the amount to be returned will be indicated on the order validation pop-up

- Login to your Infomaniak account (manager.infomaniak.com)
- Go to Ticketing
- Access the Shop / Publish and Shop Option menu
- Click on Advanced Options

This guide explains how to configure the questions visitors are asked when ordering a pass / season ticket on the online ticketing service.
Requirements
- Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com)
- Access the Ticketing service
- Go to Programme and Pass
- Create a pass (link to the faq)
Configure the information linked to the passes
- Access the pass for which you wish to configure the information requested
- Click on the Settings
tab - Enable the desired options
- Title: drop-down menu giving the choice between Mr and Ms
- Surname: text field to indicate the surname
- First name:text field to indicate the first name
- Organiser, company: text field to indicate the company
- Email: text field to indicate the email address
- Address: 5 text fields for the house number and street, town and country
- Postcode: add a field between the house number and the street for the postcode
- Mobile phone: field for the mobile phone number
- Date of birth: add a calendar in order to indicate the date of birth
- Photo: to submit a photo online which can be displayed on the pass
- Empty field: text field for free information

This guide explains how to use and customize digital tickets, optimized for mobile devices, within the ticketing system by Infomaniak.
Preamble
- During an order, visitors receive a digital ticket by email, with the option for both ecological and practical reasons to download a PDF version or save it in the Apple Wallet.
- If you have configured Print@home tickets, it is possible to reuse the event settings for mobile tickets:
- The event name
- The location and date
- Door opening hours (if enabled)
- The name and surname of each ticket holder
- The event poster
- Clients will be able to save their tickets on mobile devices, either on Apple Wallet (download the
pass.pkpass
and open it on the iOS “Cards” app) or on Google Wallet (Android):
Configuring your mobile tickets
Prerequisites
- You will need to create an event to access the visual options for mobile tickets.
Then:
- Click here to access your product management in Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
- Click directly on the assigned name of the ticketing system related to the event.
- Click on Programming in the left side menu.
- Click on Events in the left side menu.
- Click directly on the name of the event.
- Click on the Ticket Templates tab:
A preview appears on the left side of the screen while the mobile ticket settings appear on the right:
A. Customizing the image and promotional texts
You can enable options to add an image and/or informative text. Each change will be reflected in the preview:
B. Display options
The display options provide access to the basic information that will appear on the ticket:
Don't forget to click Save after each modification of these settings.
C. Allow ticket customization in the online store
By enabling this setting, an additional button in the online store allows the user to customize their ticket:
