Solve a virus problem on website

This guide explains how to launch an analysis of the content of a Web hosting in order to detect and clean files containing viruses and other malicious scripts that could threaten the security of websites.

Start antivirus site analysis

To analyze the contents, if any, checked:

1. Click here in order to access the management of your product on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
2. Click directly on the nameallocated to the product concerned.
3. Click on Security in the left side menu.
4. Click on Antivirus in the left side menu.
5. Click the blue button Analyze:
   
6. Select the site(s) to analyze.
7. Click the blue button Start the analysis.

The antivirus scan can last a while but the Manager can be closed.

You receive an e-mail when the operation is complete.
