Empty Web browser cache
This guide details the actions to be performed in priority if you do not see any difference between your website after a change you would have made on it, and its version before change. These tips are also valid if you encounter problems when using the Infomaniak product interface.
Preamble
- During your browsing, a web browser saves the data consulted in a reserved space, in order to avoid asking the server again for the data already consulted, to save time and resources.
- Your cache can contain a lot of data and sometimes the browser tangles the brushes. The sites can then misdisplay or display an obsolete version.
- Clearing the cache makes it safe to have the latest version of the page or folder viewed.
