b. Import the Email Content from Microsoft to Infomaniak
Since January 1, 2023, Microsoft has completely disabled standard IMAP authentication to use only OAuth2, which unfortunately the Infomaniak import tool does not support.
The easiest way is to obtain an MBOX archive of your current content and then follow this guide to import the .mbox file to Infomaniak.
Other export formats or solutions exist, read this guide for an example of export and re-importation.
Adjusting Email Client Settings
Once you have ensured that the domain name associated with your email is working with Infomaniak, modify the settings of the email clients you use so that they connect correctly to the Infomaniak servers: follow the setup wizard.
