Edit a PDF file on the kDrive Web app (online service) kdrive.infomaniak.com

This guide explains how to edit a file in format PDF on the web app kDrive (online service) kdrive.infomaniak.com.

Preamble

• The Web app kDrive Natively integrates a publisher that allows you to edit a PDF document online.
• Your files are never analysed and are exclusively stored in Switzerland.
• Be aware of this other guide if you are looking for information about editing other file formats.

Edit PDF File

To access kDrive and edit the PDF document:

1. Click here to access the web app kDrive Infomaniak (online service) kdrive.infomaniak.com).
2. Open the relevant PDF document.
3. Click on the button Edit at the top of the document to access the file editor:
   
4. The PDF editor allows you to:
   1. to insert a image within your document, e.g. a photo:
      
      
       
   2. of the Highlight the text or any element:
      
      
       
   3. to add text to the location, size and color of your choice:
      
      
       
   4. to create a signature then sign documents (be aware of this other guide on this subject).
5. Once finished, save the changes and choose if you need to create a copy of the amended document; or crush the existing file.

Rename a file (PDF or other)

It is possible to rename any file by clicking on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the element concerned:
