Manage credits in the Guest Manager

This guide explains how the credit system of the Infomaniak Guest Manager tool works.

Introduction

• Guest Manager credits are independent from credits of other products like the Newsletter!
• Infomaniak applies a progressive discount on credit purchases.

Credits for Sending Invitations

You start with 200 free credits. 1 credit corresponds to 1 guest or 1 accompanying person.

If you send, for example, 100 invitations and allow 1 accompanying person per guest, a total of 200 credits will be used.

The credits have an unlimited validity period. 

Automatic reminders are free and do not use your credits.

View Credits

To access the credits page:

1. Click here to manage your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. The number of available credits is displayed on the left:
