Ticketing: manage and validate the mobile window basket
This guide explains how to manage and modify the content of your direct ticket sales basket on the mobile counter (as part of the ticketing system Infomaniak).

3. Manage and modify the contents of the basket
The contents of the basket are on the left side of the tab screen Basketand you can modify its contents at any time perform the following manipulations:
- Add additional items : You can add tickets, subscriptions or vouchers at any time by passing on the desired tab
- Change the quantity of items : For tickets and vouchers, you can change the quantity of items in the basket using the numbers that indicate the quantities:
- Change the content of a pass with your choice of tickets: If the content of the pass requires the selection of tickets, you can view the tickets already present on the pass and add tickets by clicking on the relevant menus
- Remove items from cart: Clicking on the icon Recycle Bin next to the items in the basket, you can delete these items. Please note: If you have taken an existing reservation since the orders, this operation will result in the change of the order.
- Empty the basket: You can also empty the basket by clicking on the blue trash at the bottom of the page
For reservations: If you want to delete an item from a reservation, please use the icon Recycle Bin If you want to get out of the items while keeping the original order, prefer the method of booking fractionation.
Use a promotional code
If the customer has a promotional code, or you want to apply a promotional code, you can click on the %
to the right of your screen:
Validate the basket
Once the contents of the basket are filled with all the desired items, you can choose the payment method that the visitor wishes to use to validate the basket and place it in order.
To do this, you have, on the right of the screen, the payment methods available to you on the counter. To change the available payment methods, please refer to the guide on this subject:
In case the payment method by cash is chosen, it is possible to enter the amount given by the customer and the amount to be returned will be indicated on the validation pop-up of the order:
