Put pass tickets on sale

This guide explains how to resell tickets from a pass on Infomaniak's ticketing platform.

Logging into the Subscriber Area

1. Use the link provided by the event organizer
2. Enter the email and the code associated with the subscription to log in
   
   
3. Enter the code sent by email to validate access to the customer area
   
   
   
   

Reselling Tickets

1. Once logged in, in the quick actions column, click on Resell Tickets
   
   
   
   
2. The overview screen displays the tickets available for sale.
3. Select the event(s) to be put up for sale
   
   
4. Choose how the payment will be processed. Depending on the options offered by the organizer, you can choose from the following three options:
   1. Donate to the organizer
   2. Request a bank transfer
   3. Credit the amount to your subscription to use for future purchases on the ticketing platform
      
      
      

Managing Tickets for Resale

1. The tickets listed for resale will now appear on the overview screen
   
   
2. You will receive an email notification of the success or failure of a ticket sale.
3. You can cancel the resale of a ticket at any time as long as it has not been resold
