Ticketing: add tickets to passes and subscriptions

This guide explains how to add tickets to your passes, ticket packs, and subscriptions (as part of the ticketing system Infomaniak).

Prerequisites

• Bring the pass code or subscription. This is indicated in the confirmation email received at the time of the order, or in your customer account.
• Go to the ticket office of the organiser.

Add tickets on the pass

To this end:

1. Click on the button Access Subscribers Top right:
   
2. Inform the code of your pass or subscription in the field indicated and click on Next:
   
3. Choose the tickets to add to the pass by clicking on the button ‍ and confirm your choice by clicking Add to cart:
   
4. Continue the order procedure.
