Ticketing: split reservations

This guide explains how to split reservations with several tickets (within the framework of the ticketing system Infomaniak).

This allows you to validate part of a reservation, in case the reservation could include several tickets, but only part of it needs to be validated at the counter.

Prerequisites

• This operation requires that a command is currently defined in on-the-spot payment.

Split from the web window

To this end:

1. Click here in order to access the management of your product on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
2. Click directly on the nameallocated to the ticket office concerned by the event.
3. Click on Window in the left side menu:
   
4. Find the booking from the search field at the top of the page; you can find the order by using the order number or any other item linked to the order:
   
5. The reservation is displayed on the right-hand column; if it is a reservation, it is possible to click on the arrow to the right of the button Validate and Divide booking:
   
6. The next screen allows you to choose the tickets to validate:
   
7. It is now sufficient to order the tickets to be validated. It will be noted that this created a new order, and that the old order only contains the tickets not selected during the split:
   

Split from the sales tablet

The procedure for splitting an order on a tablet is similar to the procedure on the web window:

1. Log in to the Infomaniak account.
2. Click on the tab Commands and find the command to split.
3. Click on the tab Banknotesof the control:
   
4. Choose the tickets to validate and click on Separate:‍

6. The new order appears as validated, and the initial order shows the remaining notes:
