Get information from customers who order via your ticketing service

This guide explains how to request information from your customers when they order tickets on your Infomaniak online ticketing service.

Establish a contact form

1. Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com)
2. Access the Ticket office
3. In the left-hand menu, under Settings, click on Customer registration
4. Enable the information to be requested from the customers and select the visibility
   • Visible and mandatory
   • Visible, but optional
   • Invisible (do not ask)
     
     

Add additional fields

It is possible to add additional information to this form

1. Click on the Add button
2. Assign a name to the field and choose the type of fields
3. Depending on the type of field, complete with the options of drop-down menus or checkboxes
