Ticketing: carry out an identity check
This guide explains how to validate your identity to order rental equipment from Infomaniak and collect your accounts (as part of the ticketing system Infomaniak).
Preamble
- This procedure of identity verification must be carried out the first time you want to collect payments or ask to appear on the Infomaniak portal.
- The identity check may only be carried out by the legal owner of the account. If the options to start the verification procedure do not appear on your account, this indicates that you do not have the necessary access.
Access your ticket office
To this end:
- Click here in order to access the management of your product on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
- Click directly on the nameallocated to the ticket office concerned by the event.
Perform the identity verification procedure
The procedure is available in two locations:
- On the main dashboard:
- If a bank account is entered, in the menu Accounting, then Infomaniak receipts:
