Open price

This guide explains how to sell tickets at an open price on your Infomaniak online ticketing tool. This price type allows visitors to indicate the amount they want to pay.

Access an event to apply this price type

1. Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com)
2. Go to the Ticketing product and select the ticketing service you want to amend
3. In the left-hand side menu, select Programming then click on Event
4. Go to the price field and add or change a price type

Set to open price

1. Select Add a price
2. Select Open price
3. Enter a price name
4. Add the minimum prices in the desired currencies
The minimum price must be higher than CHF 2 and EUR 2 due to bank charges for online transactions

5. Click on Confirm
