Configure a store on infomaniak.events

This guide explains how to configure the ticketing system Infomaniak by configuring a shop whose public version will be posted on the portal infomaniak.events.

Preamble

• Portal Infomaniak.events brings together local events and activities as well as internationally recognized headliners.
  

A simple and fast online tool

To access the online ticketing options:

1. Click here in order to access the management of your product on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
2. Click directly on the name the ticket office concerned.
3. Click on Ticket Portal in the left side menu.
4. Click on Online store in the left side menu.
5. Click on the button Manage your store:
   

Configure and publish the shop

Bring a personal touch to your online store with a personalized image, your own colors, and by choosing the content of your shop. You have at your disposal two tabs :

1. The First tab allows you to customize the display settings of your online store:
   1. Customize the ticket office here, change colors, add an image, etc.
      Formats: 1000 x 1414 px, image in vertical format, and custom image: 2500 x 1000 px
   2. The changes are directly visible in real time:
      
   3. Customize the order of each category and click on the action menu ⋮ located to the right of the element concerned in order to rename them if necessary.
   4. Advanced settings allow you to define the payment methods available on the shop and to activate and customize the message displayed when there is no ticket on sale:
      
2. The second tab allows you to define the content that will be displayed there, such as events, passes or vouchers:
   1. Decide on this tab what will be available for sale on your store.
   2. If you don't need to manage each item, you can of course simply choose the first option to display all the content.
   3. Otherwise, you can choose to limit the display of events according to a specific location.
   4. If not, choose each content individually.
      

Do not publish on Infomaniak.events

If you do not want the event to be published on the portal infomaniak.events, activate the option at the bottom of the first tab, to keep the shop private:

• This is useful for personal events, such as anniversaries or weddings, or events whose ticket sales should not be available to the general public, such as specialized conferences.

Recover Integration Links

Your event, once posted online, will be published directly on infomaniak.events so that all visitors can purchase tickets directly there.

You can also put a link directly on your site, share it on social networks, or retrieve it for generate QR code for your posters:

These buttons at the top right of your shop page also allow you to retrieve the link of the script for integration on your site.
