Manage e-mail addresses en masse

‍This guide explains how to perform a mass action (deletion, activation of the spam filter, etc.) on several email addresses within a Mail Service.

Mass actions

To carry out these actions in "batch", by lot:

1. Click here in order to access the management of your product on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
2. Click directly on the nameallocated to the product concerned.
3. Check the box to the left of E-mail address to select all addresses, or select the addresses you want one by one.
4. The list of available actions will then appear at the bottom of the page, including in the action menu⋮ :
   

Possible mass actions are as follows:

• enable the anti-spam filter
• enable the advertising filters
• to implement the General Rights
• enable a automatic answering machine
• apply a model of signature
• delete redirections
• delete e-mail addresses
