Managing bulk e-mail addresses
This guide explains how to perform bulk actions (deletion, enabling spam filter, etc.) on multiple email addresses within a Mail Service.
Bulk Actions
To perform these actions in batch:
- Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) using a web browser like Brave or Firefox
- Click on the icon at the top right of the interface (or navigate through the left side menu, for example)
- Select Mail Service (universe Collaborative Tools)
- Click on the name of the relevant object in the displayed table
- Check the box to the left of Email Address to select all addresses, or individually select the desired addresses
- The list of available actions will then appear at the bottom of the page, including in the menu with three dots on the right:
The possible bulk actions include:
- enable spam filter
- enable advertising filters
- apply general rights
- enable automatic responder
- apply signature template
- delete redirects
- delete email addresses
