Ticketing: sell from the mobile counter

This guide explains how use the mobile counter on tablet to sell tickets to your events (as part of the ticketing system Infomaniak).

1. Mobile and on-the-spot sales

Infomaniak offers a free mobile app on Android as well as a service of rental of equipmentnecessary for on-site sale.

The mobile counter allows you to create an order, manage the payment method used, and print the generated tickets.

Navigation on the mobile window

Once the tablet is on, sign in with your Infomaniak account ID and password.

You will be invited to choose the customer account, ticket office and currency to use:

You can then navigate between the different menus using the tabs at the top of the screen.

The first three add elements to the basket.

Once the commands are validated, they will be added to the command list.

Finally, the last tab removes the report from the boxes from the counter:

• Event : for the sale of tickets to your events
• Pass : for the sale of passes
• Gift vouchers : for the sale of gift vouchers
• Basket : items that are added to the basket. Articles may be added or modified at any time. This is where you can choose the payment method used to validate the order
• Commands : a list of all orders with the possibility to print tickets. Useful for finding bookings or finding orders made in the past.
• The sales report : to view and send the sales report by e-mail
