This guide explains how to end a partnership between Client and one Partner in the framework of the Infomaniak Partner Programme.

Stop the partnership...

... as a Customer

To this end:

1. Click here in order to access the management of your partnerships on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the Partner concerned in the table that appears.
3. Click on Stop collaboration:
   
4. Confirm for the first time the withdrawal of Partner.
5. Validate permanently by entering the password of the Infomaniak account.
6. The partnership has been broken.

... as a Partner

To this end:

1. Click here in order to access your Clients under management on the Reseller Space of the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the Client concerned in the table that appears.
3. Click on Stop collaboration:
   
4. Confirm for the first time the withdrawal of Client.
5. Validate permanently by entering the password of the Infomaniak account.
6. The partnership has been broken.
