Partnership: break the Client / Partner link

This guide explains how to terminate a partnership between a Client and a Partner as part of the Infomaniak Partner Program.

Stop the Partnership

... as a Client

To do this:

1. Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Edge.
2. Click on Partner in the left sidebar menu.
3. Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the relevant Partner in the displayed table.
4. Click on Stop Collaboration
   
5. Confirm the removal of the Partner for the first time.
6. Finalize by entering the password for the Infomaniak account.
7. The partnership has been successfully terminated.

... as a Partner

To do this:

1. Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Edge.
2. Click on Reseller Area in the navigation menu on your left.
3. Click on Managed Clients.
4. Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the relevant Client in the displayed table.
5. Click on Stop Collaboration
   
6. Confirm the removal of the Client for the first time.
7. Finalize by entering the password for the Infomaniak account.
8. The partnership has been successfully terminated.
