Allow a Partner to access your products
This guide explains how to give access to a Partner (among others) partners referenced by Infomaniak) to the products of your Organization present on the Manager Infomaniak, i.e. the administration interface of your products.
Prerequisites
- To be Legally responsiblewithin the Organization.
As a Customer, add a known Partner
To allow a Partner's access to some of your products:
- Click here in order to access the addition of a Partner on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
- Enter the name or email address of the Partner to whom you will grant access.
- Check the box to select the Partner from the search results.
- Click the blue button for Continue:
- The next step offers you an important choice about the permissions granted to the Partner; the 2 possibilities are detailed below...
Give the Partner access...

Click on the button of left to choose to give the Partner access limited:
- Click the blue button at the bottom right for Continue.
- Click on the product category concerned and then, in the window that opens, on the product concerned; repeat for all the different products to which you wish to grant access:
- Click the blue button at the bottom right for Continue.
- An e-mail is automatically sent to the Guest Partner in which a link allows him to accept (or refuse) the management proposal.
- Once the proposal has been accepted, the Partner dashboard gives access to the Customer's organisation and products to which it has been granted a right of access.

Click on the button of right to choose to give the Partner access complete:
- Click the blue button at the bottom right for Continue.
- The Customer must choose whether also entrusts its wallet to the Partner:
- Click the blue button at the bottom right for Continue.
- An e-mail is automatically sent to the Guest Partner in which a link allows him to accept (or refuse) the management proposal.
- Once the proposal is accepted, the Partner dashboard gives access to the entire Customer Organisation.
Note
- The current invitation may be returned or deleted prior to its acceptance in Click on Partner in the left side menu the Customer Manager:
- If the Partner was already linked to the Customer Organisation before the invitation, as an external user e.g., its status is therefore updated once the partnership has started.
- At all times the Partnership may be broken.
