Ticketing: manage cancellation insurance

This guide explains how the cancellation insurance works for clients using the ticketing system.

Preamble

Infomaniak offers, through its partner Allianz Suisse, customers who purchase their tickets on the online ticketing system, a cancellation insurance that allows, under certain conditions, to be reimbursed for the purchase of their tickets.

Customers wishing to be reimbursed must contact Allianz Suisse directly with the ticket number:
