Ticketing: exchange tickets from the ticket counter

This guide explains how to exchange tickets on the ticket counter (as part of the ticketing system Infomaniak).

This function allows you to choose new banknotes while canceling current ones.

Enable Exchange Mode

To this end:

1. Click here in order to access the management of your product on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
2. Click directly on the nameallocated to the ticket office concerned by the event.
3. Click on Sales in the left side menu.
4. Click on Methods of payment in the left side menu:
   
5. Pass the toggle switch button on ON to the right of the item exchange:
   
6. See you on the Window.
7. From the counter, select the new ticket(s). They will be added in the basket, to the right of the screen.
8. Once all the new tickets have been selected, select the payment method exchange:
   
9. On the new window, look for the order or ticket number.
10. Select the tickets to cancel and confirm:
    
11. Inform the customer's information, and send the order confirmation to the customer, or print the ticket:
