Installing the Acronis Agent for Apple M1, M2...

This guide explains how to install the Acronis backup agent for Swiss Backup on Apple Macs equipped with M1, M2 processors... using a ARM architecture rather than the usually used x86 architecture.

Install Acronis Specific Agent ARM

To access the Acronis management interface:

1. Click here in order to gain access to the Console Acronis with the identifiers obtained following the addition of the device (Need help?).
2. Click on the user icon at the top right.
3. Click on Downloads:
   
4. Choose the customer suitable for your machine:
   

Attention

If you take the version available from the left side menu, it will not be compatible:
