Adding IP Addresses to the xmlrpc.php Whitelist

This guide explains how to add IP addresses to the whitelist of an Infomaniak website.

Introduction

• Allowing IPs on xmlrpc.php enables access to URLs that are blocked by default due to security risks.
• This type of blocking is effective on all recent servers.
• Regarding WordPress, its XML-RPC functionality is only available by default via Infomaniak services and JetPack for security reasons.

Adding IP Addresses to the xmlrpc.php Whitelist

To manage the website:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the name assigned to the relevant product.
3. Click Manage under Advanced Settings:
   
4. Click on the PHP / Apache tab.
5. Complete the relevant line:
   
6. Click the button to save.
