Cancel E-mail/kDrive account for free

This guide explains how to delete a free email account @ik.me (+ etik.com, etc.) and free cloud (etik.com, ik.me, etc.), which means canceling your access to the Manager, Mail Infomaniak interface, and kDrive.

Important

Deleting the account will immediately remove:

• your @ik.me email address and all its emails
• your free kDrive and all its data
• your calendars and address books

Delete a Free Email/kDrive Account

To access the user profile section:

1. Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) or Infomaniak Mail (mail.infomaniak.com) using a web browser like Brave or Firefox
2. Click on the icon with your initials or your avatar at the top right
3. Select Manage My Profile
4. Click on the trash can icon next to your name to delete the account and data

Enter your login password one last time, and the account will be deleted.
