Transform existing products into kSuite (or separate them)
The kSuite offer from Infomaniak facilitates the creation and subsequent use of various Infomaniak products (kDrive, Service Mail, kChat...) organized around a domain name.
Migrate to kSuite
If you subscribe to kSuite, you get distinct products from your existing products.
But if you already have a kDrive or a Service Mail, you can upgrade your products to kSuite:

What about the reverse?
You cannot separate kSuite products into distinct products from the offer.
If you wish to cancel one product among those in your kSuite, you must cancel kSuite in its entirety, having previously saved the information to keep, then reorder the corresponding products to that information.
