This guide explains how to manage a calendar and its events within the mobile app Google Agenda (app for iOS/Android smartphone or tablet) and/or the web app Calendar Infomaniak (online service calendar.infomaniak.com) while keeping all data fully synchronized thanks to the mobile app Infomaniak kSync (app for Android smartphone or tablet).

Preamble

• Refer to this other guide if you only want to display an Infomaniak calendar as read-only on Google Agenda (web & mobile app).
  • The reverse is also possible if you only want to display a Google calendar as read-only on the web app Calendar Infomaniak (online service calendar.infomaniak.com).
• The procedure below allows you to edit the calendar events on both sides but only on the mobile version of the Google Agenda app.

Synchronize the Infomaniak calendar and the mobile device

Prerequisites

1. Download the Android mobile app Google Agenda.
2. Download the mobile app Infomaniak kSync (application for smartphone or tablet Android) from the Google Play Store.
   • The kSync application is also available on F-droid.
3. Install kSync.

Then:

1. Open kSync on your Android device, a step-by-step assistant will help you configure the application according to your needs.
2. Allow kSync to access the required elements on the device, primarily the calendar:
   
3. Allow the app to run in the background for better synchronization (uses more battery).
4. Log in to your Infomaniak user account:
   
5. Activate the calendar to synchronize from the CALDAV tab:

At this point, it is the native application of your Android device (Samsung Calendar for example on Samsung-branded devices) that will be synchronized and display the events of your Infomaniak calendar (sometimes you need to activate the account on the application in question):

An event added and/or modified on either of the interfaces will be automatically synchronized everywhere:

Enable the calendar on Google Calendar

To find your Infomaniak calendar on Google Agenda and be able to edit its events:

1. Open Google Calendar on your Android device.
2. Press the three horizontal line menu button ☰ at the top left of the interface.
3. Tap on Settings at the bottom of the menu:
   
4. Tap on Manage accounts:
   
5. Enable the account corresponding to your Infomaniak calendar:
   
6. Go back to the previous page and make sure that the Infomaniak calendar appears among the accounts and change the color if necessary:
   
7. That's it, Google Agenda is synchronized with the Infomaniak calendar, any event added and/or modified on either of the interfaces will be automatically synchronized everywhere:
