Manage multiple kDrive (macOS / Windows)
This guide explains how to connect and manage multiple kDrive on computer (macOS / Windows). This feature allows e.g. access to kDrive files Staff and a kDrive professional.
Prerequisites
- Owning a kDrive.
- Own the kDrive desktop app (desktop application on macOS / Windows / Linux).
Accessing different kDrives from the computer
A user connected to the kDrive application on a computer can already have access to multiple kDrive if he is already working with multiple kDrive outside the app, if it has been added to other kDrive, etc. They are all accessible from the moment the user is connected with the identifier corresponding to these kDrive.
Access and manage other kDrive...
To connect with a different account and therefore access other kDrive:
... from the kDrive desktop app (desktop application on macOS / Windows / Linux)
- Make a left click on the desktop app icon in the notification area of your computer (top right on macOS, bottom right on Windows and a double left click on the Linux taskbar).
- Click on the chevron to the right of the kDrive name (the kDrive you already have access to with your user is displayed).
- Click on Add kDrive:
- Click on the tablet with your initials or avatar at the top right.
- Click on Add Account:
- Inform your Infomaniak account IDs — read more about this other guide If necessary.
- Choose and configure the kDrive to add (including the directory to be used on the computer).
- It is now possible to switch from one kDrive to another when you click on the kDrive icon and then on the chevron in the window that opens:

- Click here to access the web app kDrive Infomaniak (online service) kdrive.infomaniak.com).
- Click on the chevron to develop the list at the top left of the kDrive interface
- Click on the kDrive you want to use
Disconnect a kDrive from the desktop app
To access the kDrive app settings on your device:
- Make a left click on the desktop app icon in the notification area of your computer (top right on macOS, bottom right on Windows and a double left click on the Linux taskbar).
- Click on the icon ⋮ right in the application.
- Select KDrive Settings:
- Click on the icon ⋮ to the right of the Synchronised Drive, under Folders.
- Choose Delete Synchronization (only from your device, not affecting kDrive):
