Sync e-mails on all your devices
This guide explains how to access your devices e-mails hosted by Infomaniak.

View your email directly
- Use directly messaging in a web browser through the web app Mail Infomaniak (online service) mail.infomaniak.com).
- Download the mobile app Infomaniak Mail (app for iOS/Android smartphone or tablet).
Sync e-mails on all your devices
- Click here to open the Infomaniak wizard to configure the synchronization of your Apparatus (macOS, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS) and Common mail software/clients (Outlook, Microsoft 365, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, eM Client, etc.).

993(with SSL) - Outgoing SMTP server
mail.infomaniak.com - SMTP port

- It activates in the SMTP settings of your application.
- Check " use the same settings as the incoming server"or, depending on the software/mail clients, provide a user name (= complete & full email address) and password.

- POP3 Protocol not recommended (POP server = mail.infomaniak.com and POP port = 995 with SSL).

Edit Email Password
You can change a password from an email address:
- from the Manager under Mail Service
- from the Web Mail Infomaniak app (online service) mail.infomaniak.com) directly
Apply the new email password
You will then need to update your apps & devices on which the email address (the password of which has been changed) was installed and connected. Take note of these specific guides:
