Customize the timing of your scheduled maintenance for your services
This guide explains how to customize the time slots during which Infomaniak can perform maintenance to upgrade your services (new features, fixes, etc.). This feature is currently only available for Cloud Servers & Cloud VPS / VPS Lite as well as Jelastic Cloud.
Without any indication from you, scheduled maintenance is generally performed by Infomaniak between 10 PM and 2 AM.
Change the time of your scheduled maintenance
For this:
- log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Edge
- click on the icon at the top right of the interface (or navigate through the left sidebar menu, for example)
- choose the relevant product
- click if necessary on the name of the relevant item in the displayed table
- click on Scheduled Maintenance in the left sidebar menu
- click on the blue button to set a preferred intervention time slot
