Manage kDrive storage

This guide explains how to see how the storage space of your kDrive is used and how to increase its capacity if needed.

Preamble

• The maximum number of files per kDrive is not a fixed limit, but if it is exceeded, the stability of the storage system and the kDrive application cannot be guaranteed by Infomaniak.
• Only the specific Backup and Storage conditions that you can find on your Manager are valid.

Current limits

Maximum number of files per kDrive

• All plans = 300000‍

Maximum number of files per folder

• All plans = 50000‍

Maximum number of subfolders

• All plans = 1000‍

Maximum number of downloads per file per day

• my kSuite = 50,000/user‍ | my kSuite+ = 50,000/user‍
• kSuite Standard max. 1 user = 50000/user‍ | kSuite Standard min. 2 users = 100000/user‍ | kSuite Pro = 100000/user‍ | kSuite Entreprise = 100000/user‍

Bandwidth

• my kSuite = 200 GB/day/user‍ | my kSuite+ = 200 GB/day/user‍
• kSuite Standard 1 user max. = 200 GB/day/user‍ | kSuite Standard 2 users min. = 1000 GB/day/user‍ | kSuite Pro = 1000 GB/day/user‍ | kSuite Entreprise = 1000 GB/day/user‍

Check the kDrive storage space

To access kDrive:

1. Click here to access the kDrive Infomaniak web app (online service kdrive.infomaniak.com).
2. Click on the chevron ‍ to expand the kDrive Management section in the left sidebar.
3. Click on Storage Space in the left sidebar:
   
4. Select large files (or file versions that are also counted in the storage space) using the drop-down menu:
    
5. Click on the action menu ⋮ located to the right of a file in the list to perform an action (e.g., deletion).

Increase kDrive storage

Prerequisites

• Have sufficient permissions within the Organization and/or kSuite.

To modify the kDrive storage space:

1. Click here to access the kDrive Infomaniak web app (online service kdrive.infomaniak.com).
2. Click on Dashboard in the left side menu under kDrive Management.
3. Click on Manage.
4. Click on Modify the offer:
   
   • You will be offered the choice to modify the offer or to modify the maximum storage space of your kDrive.
   • Once the offer is modified, click on Next and proceed to payment.
