Import data to kDrive without app kDrive
This guide explains how to manually load data (download files, folders, etc.) from your computer to your computer. kDrive without installing the kDrive Infomaniak app (kDrive mobile app (iOS/Android smartphone or tablet app) or kDrive desktop app (MacOS/Windows/Linux desktop app)).
Import to kDrive from the browser
To access kDrive:
- Click here to access the web app kDrive Infomaniak (online service) kdrive.infomaniak.com).
- Check or select the relevant kDrive from the drop-down menu in the left side menu.
Then Choices:
- Slide/Depose (drag&drop) the items to send to kDrive, from a window on your computer:
- Use the button New then choose the desired import ( file / folder):
- Do it. one right click where to import new content then choose the desired import ( file / folder):
- Import specific content from the menu Import External Data:

Wait during data transfer (the duration depends on the speed of your Internet connection).
File Types
You can send any type of files, such as .pdf
, .txt
or other extensions. The Apple Keynote Suite has some features in its file extensions; example with the Numbers app:

can be files or folders depending on the selected record (and the behavior when uploading is not the same when it comes to a folder). - If there is already a file for example
