Change the login password to the Manager / Mail
This guide explains how to change the password of your user account on the Manager, the administration interface of your Infomaniak products.
Preamble
- This same password also allows you to log in to Mail Infomaniak and various iOS / Android apps like kDrive, Infomaniak Mail, etc. (learn more).
- If you can't log in to the Manager, you won't be able to change the password. Be aware of this other guide in that case.
- A change of password of connection can impact access to your e-mail because a password can be requested for its use.
- You can also change email address passwords only.
Change User Account Password
To change your password user account:
- Click here(or on the tablet with your initials / avatar at the top right of the Manager Infomaniak) in order to " Manage my profile":
- Click on Edit from the box Connection settings under login password:
- Enter the password current of connection and the new desired password.
- Click on Save.
At the time of the change of password of the user account, if it is linked to an identical Infomaniak email address, it may be possible to unify or continue to use different passwords.
