Upgrade an existing kDrive to a new kSuite
This guide helps you get started with kSuite by integrating an existing kDrive into your organization.
Prerequisites
- Do not already have kSuite in the organization
- Have a paid kDrive that is not in the trial period
- Have a domain name; however, it should not be linked to an Email Service
- Be a Legal Representative or Administrator of the organization
Note
- The kDrive will be an integral part of the new kSuite
- The minimum number of users in the chosen kSuite offer will be based on the number of users in the existing kDrive offer
- kDrive users will become kSuite users
- You can convert your kDrive into a more comprehensive suite in one of these 3 versions:
Upgrade my kDrive to kSuite
Create a new kSuite from your existing kDrive:
- Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Firefox
- Click on the icon at the top right of the interface (or navigate using the left side menu, for example)
- Choose kDrive (universe Collaborative Tools)
- Click on the name of the relevant object in the displayed table
- If necessary, click on Dashboard beforehand
- Click on Manage
- Click on Upgrade the offer
