Change the Jelastic Cloud password

This guide explains how to change the password for your Jelastic Cloud console (https://app.jpc.infomaniak.com).

Changing the Password

To access the administration interface of your Jelastic Cloud server:

1. Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Edge
2. Click on the icon in the top right corner of the interface (or navigate through the left side menu)
3. Choose Jelastic Cloud (Cloud Computing universe)
4. Go to Dashboard - Information
5. Click on Modify under Jelastic Password
6. Choose a new password
7. You can now access the console with this new password and your username (e.g., XXXYYYZZZ@juser.ik-server.com)

Having trouble with your passwords?

Do not confuse the password for your Infomaniak account with the one used to manage your Jelastic Cloud:

• Your Infomaniak account password is used to manage your Infomaniak products: manager.infomaniak.com
• The Jelastic Cloud / Virtuozzo console password is used to administer your server: app.jpc.infomaniak.com, for example
