Display user account activity in the Manager

This guide explains how to obtain information about:

• connections made to Infomaniak Manager using your user account login
• activities performed within the Manager using your user account

Prerequisites

Visit the dedicated user profile section:

1. Log in to Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) or Infomaniak Mail (mail.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Firefox
2. Click on the circle with your initials or avatar at the top right
3. Select Manage my profile
    
   

Obtain the log of user account connections

To view connection logs (active sessions) made to Infomaniak Manager using your user account login:

1. Click on Manage in the "Account access and activities" section
   
2. From the Account access tab, review the list of devices connected to your Infomaniak account
   
3. You can end an active session by clicking the icon next to the device name connected to your account

Receive notifications for successful or failed logins

To be notified by email upon successful or failed login attempts to your user account:

1. Click on Manage security
   
   1. If not all settings are optimal, the section to click might look like this:
      
2. Click on Security settings
   
3. Select the events for which you wish to receive email alerts (notification upon successful login, or only upon failed login)

In the same section, you can choose after how many unsuccessful attempts to lock your user account. Once locked, the account can be unlocked by an organization administrator or through a secure form.

Obtain the activity log of the user account

To see recent activities performed within the Manager by your user account:

1. Click on Manage in the "Account access and activities" section
   
2. From the Account activities tab, review the latest activities and actions of your user account
   
3. Search and filtering options for logs are available: date, product, or action type
