Terminate a User Account / Email
This guide explains how to delete an Infomaniak / Mail user account, which means removing your access to the Manager and/or the Mail interface at mail.infomaniak.com.
To cancel a free account (e.g., @ik.me / etik.com), follow this guide.
Prelude
- this operation results in the immediate deletion of your calendars and address books
- all access to the Manager with this identifier will be lost
- this operation does not delete the email addresses accessed from the affected account (except for free email accounts like ik.me / etik.com)
- if the account you are using is the only existing account within an organization, you must first delete the organization or assign someone else in order to delete your account
Delete a user / Mail account
To do this
- log in to the Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) or Mail (mail.infomaniak.com) using a web browser like Brave or Firefox
- click on the dot with your initials or avatar at the top right
- click on Manage my profile
- click on the trash can to the right of your name to delete your account and data:
Enter your login password one last time, and your account will be permanently deleted.
