Manage Acronis backup quotas

This guide explains how to increase or decrease the allocated space for a backed-up device using Swiss Backup. This is particularly useful when you receive an email informing you that you no longer have enough free space to perform your backups.

Modifying Quotas for User Devices

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Acronis Console (acronis.infomaniak.com) — refer to this guide (click here) if needed
2. Click on Manage Account in the left sidebar
   
3. Click on Company Leaders
4. Click on the relevant user under Users
   
5. Click on the pencil icon in the QUOTAS box on the right
6. Click directly on the disk space to edit the desired values
