Quickly secure an Infomaniak account

This guide explains how to quickly secure your Infomaniak user account in case you suspect hacking, identity usurpation, password theft, etc.

 

Change all passwords

To follow Assistant allowing a quick change of user password and deactivation of application and token passwords (API):

1. Click here(or on the tablet with your initials / avatar at the top right of the Manager Infomaniak) in order to " Manage my profile":
   
   
    
2. Click on " Compromised password?" in the box Security:
   
3. Enter the current password as well as the new password.
4. Confirm the new password.
5. Click the blue button to apply the password change:
   
6. Click on the blue button to go to the next step:
   
7. Click on successive buttons to erase application passwords and tokens (API).
8. Click on the blue button to go to the next step:
   
9. Click the blue button to access the check of your security settings:
   
10. Check your security settings:
