Manage Newsletter Notifications

This guide explains how to be notified by email when a new subscriber joins your Newsletter via one of your contact forms.

Be notified when a new contact subscribes

To access your Newsletter:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. If necessary, click on the domain name in the table that appears.
3. The Newsletter interface will be displayed.

Then, to access the Newsletter registration form:

1. Click on Forms in the left sidebar menu.
2. Create or edit the form for which you want to track subscriptions:
   
3. At the bottom of the page, check the box Receive an email for a new subscription.
4. Click on the blue Save button to confirm the changes:
   

You will now receive an email whenever a contact subscribes to your Newsletter via this registration form. Simply uncheck the box at any time to stop receiving email notifications.

* All users of the Organization with the administrator role or higher will receive notifications as long as they have activated the option "Allow receiving (email) events related to products" present in the user management of the Organization.
