This guide explains how to customize the type of language used within discussions and exchanges with the conversational agent of Ai Tools Infomaniak.

Preamble

• By default, the responses and elements provided within a conversation with a bot in AI Tools will be of the “usual” type, the assistant is named “Infomaniak Assistant” and its description is clear:
  
• It is entirely possible to invent and customize to the extreme a way that must be followed to the letter by the bot during exchanges.
• Once the method is saved, you can reuse it and switch between them as needed.

Customize the AI Tools language model

To create a new “system prompt” and use it:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?):
   
2. Click on a language model to start configuring a conversation:
   
3. Click on Edit current conversational assistant.
4. Click on ‍ New below the choice of the conversational assistant:
   
5. Give a title to the conversation you are configuring.
6. Write the prompt necessary to configure your bot, detailing if it should behave like... a terminal... a specialized translator... etc. (prompt examples)
7. Save the changes:
   

You can now start a conversation and get different responses or elements based on the behavior inherent to the chosen system prompt:

All these new parameters are available in a sidebar accessible on the right side of the screen from all conversations.
