Customize the AI Tools language style

This guide explains how to customize the type of language used in discussions and discussions with the conversational agent. Ai Tools Infomaniak.

Preamble

• By default, the answers and elements brought into a conversation with a bot in AI Tools will be of the type "usual", the assistant is named "Infomaniak Assistant" and its description is clear:
  
• It is quite possible to Invent and Customize to the extreme a way that will have to be followed to the letter by the bot during the exchanges.
• Once the method has been saved, you can reuse it and switch from one method to another according to your needs.

Customize the AI Tools language model

To create a new fast system and use it:

1. Click here in order to access the management of your product on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?):
   
2. Click on a language template to start setting up a conversation:
   
3. Click on Edit conversational assistant current.
4. Click on New below the choice of the conversational assistant:
   
5. Give a title to the oriented conversation you set up.
6. Write the prompt necessary to set up your bot, detailing if it will have to behave like a terminal... a specialized translator... etc. (examples of prompt action)
7. Save the changes:
   

You can now start a conversation and get different answers or elements depending on the behavior inherent in the chosen prompt system:

All these new parameters are available in a side panel accessible on the right of the screen from all conversations.
