A. Import a CSV file (.csv format) or .txt file (predefined format)
The format must be respected (a template to download is available on the page). Maximum size: 300 MB
Once the spreadsheet type document is written, export it to .csv
what will create a kind of text document with separators between each information present in the different cells:
Select File .csv
from the import interface then click the blue button Import:
The desired field must be assigned to the desired information (information is grouped according to the original columns). It is possible to create fields which would not yet exist (the type of field may be forced to numbers or at a date, boleen, etc.), idem for the group in which to place the imported contacts:
That's it, that's it, that's it, that's it, that's it. Groups or under Followers, your import is visible:
B. Copy-paste the equivalent of a .csv or .txt (predefined format)
The format must be respected, e.g.:
anna.a@domain.xyz,Anna,Alpha,1985-08-20
alfred.a@domain.xyz,Alfred,Alpha
contact@domain.xyz,Support
mail@domain.xyz
Once this information is pasted in the field dedicated to this purpose, click the blue button Continue The sequence is identical to point A above.
C. Filling with an individual contact form
Import contacts one after the other using the proposed form. Add fields free (the type of field may be forced to digits or to a date, bolean, etc.) and groups, which will all be available for the following additions (except in the example animation below since it loops on a single first addition):
If you reimport an address that is already subscribed, the different custom fields will be updated.
D. Automatic import from other Infomaniak tools
Import contacts of your Address books Infomaniak and the tool of Infomaniak ticket office if available (with the possibility to import only users who have specified that they want to receive a Newsletter).
