Modify the Infomaniak account recovery email

This guide explains how to change the email address used for recovering access to your Infomaniak account.

Indeed, when you forget your password, the procedure you can follow includes resetting the password via a link that will be sent to your secondary email address. You can specify or modify it by following this guide.

Change the email address

To change the password recovery email address:

1. Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) or Infomaniak Mail (mail.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Firefox
2. Click on the circle with your initials or your avatar at the top right
3. Select Manage my profile
    
   
    
4. Click on Manage security from the Security and recovery settings box
   
   1. If all your settings are not optimal, the box you need to click on may look like this:
      
5. Click on Edit in the Recovery Email box
   
6. Enter the new recovery email address and click Save
