Resiliating a Synology Infomaniak NAS

This guide explains how to completely terminate a NAS Synology for rent at Infomaniak.

Preamble

• For most products, confirm the request for termination by e-mail otherwise no data will be deleted.
• Open and out-of-package charges remain due.
• Confirmation of termination shall be sent to any other Professional staff of the Organization.
• The backups will be irreparably deleted upon termination, making any restoration impossible.

To access the termination of the offer:
