Add a zone delegation for subdomain

This guide is intended for people who know how to manually edit the DNS zone of a domain name. It explains how to set up zone delegation for a subdomain.

Setting up Zone Delegation

For this:

1. Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Edge
2. Click on the icon at the top right of the interface (or navigate through the left side menu)
3. Choose Domains (universe Web & Domain)
4. Click on the name of the relevant object in the displayed table
5. Click on DNS Zone in the left side menu
6. Click on the Advanced View tab
7. Click on the + button
8. Enter the desired subdomain (for example, test to get test.domain.xyz)
9. Now you can edit the DNS zone of the delegated subdomain
