Credits for sending newsletters

This guide explains how the credit system of Infomaniak Newsletter works.

Credits for Newsletter Sending

Generally, 1 credit = 1 newsletter sent.

There are two types of credits:

1. Free credits provided with each of your Infomaniak products (not carried over to the following months in case of non-use)
2. Purchased credits (with unlimited lifespan)

The free credits are debited before the purchased credits.

Viewing Credits

To access the page of free and paid credits:

1. Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Firefox
2. Click on the icon at the top right of the interface (or navigate through the left side menu, for example)
3. Choose Newsletter (universe Events & Marketing)
4. Click if necessary on the name of the relevant domain in the displayed table
5. Click on Credits in the left side menu
