Manage Credit Newsletter

This guide explains how the credit system of the Newsletter Infomaniak.

Credits for sending newsletters

In general, 1 credit = 1 newsletter sent.

There are two types of credit:

1. appropriations offered with each of your Infomaniak products ( not carried over in subsequent months in the event of non-use)
2. appropriations Purchased (life expectancy) Unlimited)

The credits offered are debited before the credits purchased.

View credits

To access the free and paid credits page:

1. Click here in order to access the management of your product on the Manager Infomaniak (Need help?).
2. Click directly on Domain Namesallocated to the product concerned.
3. Click on Appropriations in the left side menu.
4. You can go to the credit purchase page and get more details by clicking on the blue button Getting credits:
   
5. You can buy Newsletter credits by clicking on the button Ordering appropriations, or:
   1. click on Details to consult the credits obtained from the rest of your products
   2. click the blue button to know the credits you get from the rest of your products
