Manage Organizations in the Manager

This guide explains how to switch from one Organization to another from your Infomaniak Manager or how to withdraw yourself from an Organization you belong to.

Preface

• since you opened your account with Infomaniak, you are part of at least one Organization
  • if you were alone and it was not an invitation, an Organization was created in your name, and you automatically become the legal representative
  • otherwise, you belong to the Organization that invited you (to join its kSuite, to manage a product, etc.)
• only an owner/legal representative can make modifications
• it is entirely possible to access multiple Organizations with the same login credentials and switch quickly from one to another

Display Another Organization

To switch to one of the other Organizations you belong to:

1. log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Edge
2. click on the chevron ‍ at the top left of the Manager interface
3. click on the Organization you want to access
4. the change of Organization is immediate; you are switched automatically

Manage Organizations / Withdraw from an Organization

To see all the Organizations you belong to (because you created them with your user account or because you were invited) and possibly remove your membership (if you are not the last user or the only legal representative):

1. log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Edge
2. click on the dot with your initials or your avatar at the top right
3. select Manage my profile
4. click on Manage in the My Organizations box
   
    
5. click on the icon to the right of the Organization name to access it
6. and on the adjacent icon to leave it
   
    

A user can leave any Organization on their own as long as:

• that user does not belong to the kSuite of the Organization
• the login address of that user is not in a Mail Service of the Organization
• that user is not the last owner of the Organization
