Import a calendar on the Calendar Infomaniak Web app
This guide explains how to import a calendar / calendar on the web app Calendar Infomaniak (online service) calendar.infomaniak.com for the management of your events and appointments).
Import calendar via URL
It is possible to display in Calendar an existing and externally managed calendar. It will be automatically updated every hour via the URL you specify:
- Click here to access the web app Calendar Infomaniak (online service) calendar.infomaniak.com).
- Click on in the left side menu.
- Click on " From URL":
- Paste the URL of the calendar to import and check I would like to subscribe to this agenda:
- If necessary, choose the Organization in which the schedule will be imported.
- Click on Import Calendar.
You can also go directly through one of the Organizations of which you are a member:
- Click here to access the Calendar Infomaniak Web app (online service) calendar.infomaniak.com).
- Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the organization in the table that appears.
- Click on " From URL":
URL of a Google calendar
The URL "secret" of a Google calendar, which you can paste to step 3 above, is found in Google calendar settings:
- Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the relevant Google calendar.
- Click on Parameters and Sharing:
- Go down the page until you get the secret iCal URL and click on the icons to view the URL and/or copy it:
- Paste the URL according to the procedure in Step 3 of the previous chapter above.
The calendar will be visible and will regularly display any updates made, but it is not possible to edit it directly from the Infomaniak interface; it is a "unidirectional synchronization" with Google.
Import Events via File .ics
To access the Advanced actions allowing the import, export and restoration of calendars:
- Click here to access the web app Calendar Infomaniak (online service) calendar.infomaniak.com).
- Click on Advanced actions in the left side menu.
- Click on Import.
- Load file

corresponding to the export from your previous supplier:
You can choose in which calendar existing import events or create a new calendar.
Export data from previous provider
Here are guides provided as an indication to export a third-party supplier's calendar, which will allow you to reimport this data to Infomaniak:
