Read this guide (click here) to learn more about how authorized or blocked sender lists work.
Global Configuration: Security
A Mail Service administrator can add email addresses or even entire domains to approved or denied sender lists, and these lists will be applied to all email addresses in a Mail Service (without modifying existing settings on each individual email address):
- Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Firefox
- Click on the icon in the top right corner of the interface (or navigate through the left side menu, for example)
- Select Mail Service (under Collaborative Tools universe)
- Click on the name of the relevant object in the displayed table
- Click on Global Configuration in the left-side menu
- Click on the Security tab
- Click the Add an Address button in the Approved Address box to add an authorized sender
- Do the same for senders to be blocked in the other box
- Save to activate these lists for all email addresses in the domain
